| TWENTY FIRST ANNUAL SPRING GOLF OUTING THE DETAILS REGARDING THE OUTING ARE AS FOLLOWS: Date: Friday May 11, 2007 Place: Eagle Lakes -- Farmington , MO Tee Times: 1st 18 @ 8:00 a.m.-(Shotgun start) 2nd 18 @ 12:30 p.m.-(Modified shotgun) Format: 1st 18 - handicapped and flighted, total team competition. 2nd 18 - handicapped team scramble. Your foursome is your team for the competition. COST: $58.00 for the golf, cart, food, and the prize funds for the full 36 holes. The course is in Farmington , MO. It takes approximately 1.5 - 2.0 hours from north St. Louis County to get to the course. The # of players will be somewhat limited. Therefore, you need to get your team together and pay your money to reserve your spot. I need a commitment from anyone interested in playing by COB May 1st. If you are interested, call me, or let Rod Michael know and pay your money. Better get a foursome together and pay your fees to guarantee a spot. Without your money your spot is not guaranteed. Money has to be received by Rod or me by that date. No one can pay at the course unless they are a last minute addition to fill out a foursome or they check with me first. I will need handicaps from everyone who is playing, at the time of sign-up. (Be honest with the handicaps). Lunch will be ready by 11:30. Lunch will consist of a buffet that will be determined by the course closer to actual tournament day. Beer and soda will be available at the course; the course requires us to buy the stuff from them. (Be discreet). The tee times for the 2nd 18 will begin promptly at 12:30 (or sooner if you are ready). See the Pro before teeing off. We cannot afford 4 1/2-hour rounds nor one hour lunches if we intend to finish at a reasonable time for the awarding of prizes. There will be a skins game for anyone interested. The cost will be $3 per person for the 1st 18. The 2nd 18 will cost $10 per team. You can play in one, both or none. Please pay your money to Rod Michael or myself before you tee off in the morning or prior to tournament day if you know you want in (paying beforehand makes it easier for us). Prize money will be awarded for both team competitions as well as several closest competitions, both morning & afternoon. The course requires SOFT SPIKES. They also require a shirt with a collar. REFUND POLICY: If you pay your money and can't go (need a note from Mom to get a refund). Otherwise, find a replacement. If you can't & it's early enough (at least 7 days before the tournament day), you get a full refund UNLESS the course charges for a single person in the cart. If it's the night before or the day of the tournament, get full refund of whatever the course doesn't charge me, minus the prize fund piece (I won't redo the whole prize structure at the last minute). If there are any questions, please call me, or Rod Michael (233-4692).
